1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a group or registering as a member on KametiCircle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. KametiCircle acts purely as a digital record-keeping SaaS tool.

2. Group Admin Responsibility

Group Admins are solely responsible for setting rules, verifying payment UTR numbers, executing scheduled draws, and ensuring compliance with local rotating savings laws (including applicable provisions of the Chit Funds Act, 1982).

3. SaaS Subscriptions & Manual Gateway

Subscriptions can be paid via automated Cashfree gateway or manual UPI/Bank transfer. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.

4. Limitation of Liability

KametiCircle is not a financial institution, bank, or escrow service. Peer-to-peer contribution transfers take place directly between members and Group Admins.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
